GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Clause 1: Purpose and Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) form the basis of the commercial relationship and are systematically sent or provided to each buyer to enable them to place an order.

The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of "Allerenitalie" and its client in the context of the sale of services — namely, the sale of services by Allerenitalie and its partners in the areas of expatriation, job searching, property purchasing, and travel organisation in Italy.

Any acceptance of the service, including the clause "I acknowledge that I have read and accept the general terms and conditions of sale annexed hereto", implies the buyer's unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Clause 2: Prices

The prices of services are those in effect on the date the order is placed. They are quoted in euros and calculated inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Allerenitalie reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the services ordered at the prices indicated at the time the order is registered.

Clause 3: Discounts and Rebates

The prices offered include any discounts and rebates that Allerenitalie may grant based on its results or the buyer's assumption of certain services.

Clause 4: Early Payment Discount

No discount will be granted in the event of early payment.

Clause 5: Payment Terms

Orders are settled:

Either by credit card or by PayPal, directly on the website services.allerenitalie.com for all online services offered by Allerenitalie.

For services offered by partners with a value below 300 euros, it will be possible to reserve the service by paying a percentage of the total price, with the remainder paid directly to the partner.

For services above 300 euros, and for all services offered by partners, the displayed price will always include a commission for Allerenitalie for the referral service.

Clause 6: Delivery

Upon purchase of the service, the client receives an email with instructions for the proper completion of the service. In the case of a PDF document delivery or a search carried out by Allerenitalie, this will be sent within one week from the moment Allerenitalie receives all the necessary data to proceed with the search. In certain cases, the timeframe is extended to 2 weeks, in which case this is specified in the service description.

Clause 7: Service Provision

– By submitting a service request, the client agrees to provide the necessary data in order to receive the service, accepting that the data will be stored and shared within the partner network so that the purchased service can be delivered.

– In the event of incorrect data, Allerenitalie cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of an offer by email, or for the submission of an incorrect offer if it corresponds to the data received.

– Allerenitalie is not a party to the terms between you and the Service Provider. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the service it delivers.
